Stir Fry Beef and Stringbeans

Well Hello My Friends,

What a great Monday, awesome day at work, fantastic workout and a great 30 minute meal that brings the heat. Let’s get started right now. As always I cook for 2 with extra with lunch in mind for the next day.

Season your steak with the Emeril’s seasoning let it rest while you slice your onion and crush up the garlic and ginger. Then splash with your low sodium soy sauce and sprinkle with crushed chiles. Let it marinade while your pan is heating with the oil. Also start baking the potatoes should take about 15 -17 minutes in the microwave.

Place the onions, garlic and ginger in your pan, followed by the steak, stir fry until the steak is about half cooked then add the string beans to the pan splash the string beans in particular with soy sauce, red pepper, and a splash of red wine. Stir many times, reduce the heat on the stove to half, cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes.

Remove your potatoes, break a potatoapart on a plate and cover with the stir fry be sure to add some of the juice from the pan and enjoy!
